The Director

Tsu Shan Chambers is an optometrist with over 12 years experience in the eye care industry.  She is very proud to be part of the eye care community and is well known in her field.  Tsu Shan is also a member of the Optometrists Association Australian (OAA).

Tsu Shan is an accomplished professional, having worked in private practice, non-profit eye care organisations with exposure to research/academia and industry.  More recently, she worked in roles focused upon recruiting and supporting eye care personnel in the retail sector.

Her keen interests in workplace health promotion led her to complete a Masters of Public Health specifically in the areas of self-efficacy and the link with gratitude.

She is set apart by her passion and genuine care in helping people achieve what they dream of accomplishing.
